Registration

When will registration open and how can I register?
We look to have registration open in April. Find out more here.

What other events will take place at the conference?
Tours of local sustainable institutions and organizations will take place before and after the conference. Workshops for particular groups such as STARS members, students, Sustainability Officers, and members of partner organizations will take place before and during the conference.

Does AASHE have a preferred hotel/hotel block?
Yes! AASHE has two hotels reserved at lowered pricing for attendees, sponsors and exhibitors, and one hotel specifically for students. More information about hotels will be provided when registration opens.

What is the conference cancellation policy?
Cancellations will be accepted through September 24, 2010 and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee for any non-student registrant. Student cancellations will be subject to a $25 fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date. Requests should be sent by email to conference@aashe.org, subject line ‘CANCELLATION’ by September 24, 2010.

All refunds will be processed after the conference. A check, minus the $50 processing fee, will be mailed to the attendee at the address given during the registration process.

If you are unable to attend and would like to send someone in your place, substitutions are welcome. You may make the substitution yourself using this online registration tool.

What type of presentation opportunities are available?

Who will be Keynote Speaker(s) at the event?
Keynote Speakers will be announced as they are formally confirmed to speak at the event.


EXPO and Sponsorship

Will there be an EXPO in 2010?
Yes! We are excited to host the AASHE EXPO at the 2010 conference to engage our business members and encourage networking with our attendees toward sustainable business solutions.

Will there be a job fair at AASHE 2010?
The AASHE conference will not host a job fair for 2010, however, programming relating to the green jobs industry may be available.  Consult the Programs and Papers tab of the conference website.

How can my business become a part of the AASHE Conference?
There are many ways to become involved! Businesses which join AASHE as a member will enjoy discounts to sponsor or exhibit at this year’s conference. This includes opportunities to sponsor specific conference events, such as workshops, greening initiatives, meals, special events and more.
