Getting to the Conference

Getting Here

No matter how you get here, by air, by car, or by train, get here in a carbon balanced way!  AASHE is proud to partner with NextEra to provide attendees the option of offsetting their carbon footprint through the EarthEra program.

Travel Offsets

With more than 18,000 megawatts of renewable energy generating capacity in operation, NextEra Energy Resources is America’s largest producer of renewable power. Now, NextEra Energy has gone even further in leading the effort to develop America’s renewable energy resources. Through NextEra Energy’s EarthEra® program, companies, organizations, governments, and individuals can balance their carbon emissions by buying certified renewable energy and carbon offsets from NextEra Energy’s portfolio of wind and solar power facilities. The program then directs 100% of the revenue to the EarthEra Trust to build new renewable energy facilities. Thus, whether it is a Fortune 500 corporation or a green-minded individual, EarthEra gives everyone an opportunity to balance their carbon footprint and help build a clean energy economy.
