We are monitoring our attendee hotel reservations due to the incredible number of registrants still planning to attend the 2010 conference. If our current rooms sell out, and you are unable to make a reservation at one of our AASHE conference hotels through our housing department, please check back as we will add additional rooms if at all possible. By staying at one of our contracted hotels, you are receiving special AASHE discounts not available in quantity through commercial online booking channels.

Support the hotels supporting AASHE by selecting our partner hotels dedicated blocks of rooms at lowered rates! AASHE has partnered with two hotels for general attendees and one hotel specifically for students. All hotels are offering discounted stays, enhanced hotel sustinability intiatives, and are all within walking distance of the Convention Center.

- Hotel guests are able to refuse housekeeping services if staying for more than one night, and in return receive a $5 food and beverage credit to use in the hotel.

- Dimming system throughout property to dim lights for both aesthetic decor and to minimize consumption of electricity when natural light is present during the daylight hours
- Company provides a subsidized eco-pass (bus pass) for all employees.

Student only hotel rooms can be accessed through the registration system After registering as a student, attendees will receive a link to the Student Only hotel with appropriate discounts. Space is limited at this hotel.
Faculty members who are coordinating travel arrangements for students, or plan to attend with a group of students, are able to make reservations at the Student Only hotel. Please contact conference@aashe.org for information regarding Faculty completing reservations in the Student Only hotel.
Hotel Blocks Keep Conference Rates Low
AASHE has arranged room blocks at several fabulous Denver hotels that are within walking distance to the Colorado Convention Center and which have instituted sustainability measures. Please book your hotel online within the blocks we have contracted at these hotels when registration opens.
Please do not call the hotels directly or book at a non-conference hotel. Booking outside of the contracted blocks may lead to our hotel blocks not filling. If our blocks do not fill, AASHE must pay penalties to the hotels which may result in higher conference costs in the future.
Cancellation Policy for Hotels
If you have reserved a hotel room, but need to change or cancel your reservation, you must make the change or cancellation online or by contacting the AASHE Housing Bureau. This is for exisiting reservations only. All new hotel reservations must be made online. Rooms canceled after 9/17 incur a $25 fee regardless of when the initial room request was received.
