Registration for the conference will only take place online, registrations will not be accepted onsite.

Conference pricing depends upon whether or not your institution is a member of AASHE, if you are a student, and if you register before the Early Bird Deadline. Pricing will be finalized when registration is open.

Included with Registration Fees

Attendees to the AASHE conference will receive the following with their registration fees:

• All general sessions and Keynote Speakers
• All concurrent sessions
• Meals and breaks (Sunday evening reception, Monday all day, Tuesday through lunch)

Student attendees to the AASHE conference will receive the following with their registration fees:

Student Summit Only

• Student Summit access
• Sunday evening Keynote and Opening Ceremony
• Sunday Evening Grand Opening AASHE EXPO Hall with entertainment
• Ability to volunteer throughout the remainder of the conference
• Dedicated link at end of registration online for Student Only Hotels

Conference and Student Summit Registration

• Allows registeration for additional Sunday workshops and tours not available to Student Summit Attendees due to scheduling conflicts

Included with Companion Fees

Companions are partners or spouses of conference attendees and must register the name of the person they are attending with at the time of registration.  Companions DO NOT include coworkers, team members or groups from university departments.

Included with a Companion Pass:

• 3 Keynote Speakers (Sunday evening, Monday morning, Tuesday morning)
• AASHE EXPO Grand Opening Reception (Sunday night)

Companion pricing DOES NOT INCLUDE and will not allow access too:

Early Bird Registration deadline is August 15, 2010.  
All fees listed below include entrance for the conference and AASHE EXPO.

Hotel Rates

Hotel rates for General Attendees are $169 pre-tax.  Details and deadlines for reservations can be found on the Hotels Page.  Students have access to student only hotels at the end of registration.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted through September 24, 2010 and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee for any non-student registrant. Student cancellations will be subject to a $25 fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date. Requests should be sent by email to conference@aashe.org, subject line ‘CANCELLATION’ by September 24, 2010.

All refunds will be processed after the conference. A check, minus the $50 processing fee, will be mailed to the attendee at the address given during the registration process. If you are unable to attend and would like to send someone in your place, substitutions are welcome. You may make the substitution yourself using this online registration tool.
