AASHE presents two Campus Sustainability Case Study Awards, one Student Sustainability Leadership Award, and one Student Research on Campus Sustainability Award annually.

Campus Sustainability Case Study Awards-AASHE presents two Campus Sustainability Case Study Awards annually in the following categories:

* Best Case Study (case studies may be from any sector of campus sustainability including campus Operations, Education and Research, and Planning, Engagement, and Administration)
* The Oops! Award for Honest Disclosure of Lessons Learned (this category recognizes the best case study of a project that didn't go as planned and that offers important lessons others can learn from)

Student Sustainability Leadership Awards-This award honors an undergraduate student from an AASHE member institution who has demonstrated outstanding leadership in promoting campus sustainability.

Student Research on Campus Sustainability Award-This award recognizes outstanding student research that advances the field of campus sustainability.
